To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures reasonably designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. As with all Internet Service Providers, it is impossible to guarantee the safety of data hosted in a traditional web hosting environment, if your business requires privacy from the public internet and is hosted on private systems within our network, you can request this. The above statement in regards to data privacy is not a contract, but rather a commitment to serve you to the best of our ability.

How you can access and correct your personally identifiable information

Reseller Accounts hosted on the Sliqua Network

We do our best to ensure the privacy of clients finding out who is hosting their websites, which in most cases includes spoofing IP range whois records to show that of our uplink providers at each datacenter. However, some of our uplink providers require that our information is displayed in IP whois and PTR (Reverse DNS) records in order to handle abuse for those addresses. This is the only way that we can ensure that abuse requests from ISPs get handled on-time and outgoing mail to them is not denied for “spamming”. If a customer of a reseller manages to find out that Sliqua Enterprise Hosting, Inc. is selling services to a reseller, we treat these customers just like any other potential customer as we cannot tell the difference. We will not reveal any information about you, your business, what price you are receiving for our products/services, etc. Nor will we directly contact a client unless prior communication is made through the Reseller which requires direct communication in order to receive technical support services, and other services through Sliqua Enterprise Hosting, Inc.
